All deliveries to the exhibition halls must be completed before 8 PM on 7th December. The Exhibitors/Decorators may remain in the hall to set up/decorate their stand till 10 PM on 7th December 2009.
The organizer will not issue any permit for early move-out. Kindly note that Exhibitors are not allowed to pack up exhibits before official closing time and will not be allowed to remove hand-carried exhibits from the halls before 9 PM on 11th December 2009.
Please do not leave any valuable exhibits/items unattended in your stand during the move-out period. Kindly advise our/your official forwarder if you want to collect your valuables after 11th December 2009.
